A Woman’s Inner Power — It’s Not What You Think

or years, I thought power meant being a tough negotiator. Being the woman who never cried in meetings. It meant promotions, titles, influence. I had all of that. And you know what? I was exhausted. Deeply, bone-deep exhausted. Because it came from force — from constantly pushing against life, against others, against myself. From always having to go beyond my own limits. Over time, it became part of my identity, but the exhaustion only grew deeper…

True feminine power is something entirely different. I didn’t discover it in a leadership training. I didn’t find it in a book about success. I discovered it sitting quietly in a garden, listening to the grass grow. Sounds ordinary? For me, it was anything but.

“Power isn’t about never breaking. It’s about knowing how to return to yourself.”

Feminine power is both soft and strong. It is like water — gentle to the touch, yet capable of shaping stone. It lives in our ability to feel, not only to think. In the intuition that knows before the mind has had time to analyse. In the body, which remembers more than the mind ever could.

This power is already somewhere within us. Waiting. Beneath all the layers of “I should,” “I’m not supposed to,” “What will people think?” Beneath the exhaustion and the perfectionism. Beneath the smile we put on each morning, along with our makeup. And once you have found this power within yourself, every time you drift away from it can feel like losing your way home. But home is within you. It has always been there — beneath all the conditioning, the old patterns, the programmes and expectations we have absorbed from the world around us.

Working in circle is, among other things, an invitation to reconnect with this power. We don’t fight it. We don’t train it. We simply create the conditions for it to emerge. Silence. Safety. Presence. And the presence of other women who are also searching for their own way.

When I see a woman leave the circle different — calmer, more grounded, more fully herself — I know she has touched that inner power. And I know that, from that moment on, she will always remember that it is there.

Do you want to feel your own inner power? You’re warmly invited to an open Circle.
You can treat your first gathering simply as an invitation to explore — a first step, with no commitment.
